I had a hard time waiting for this fantastic movie to come out and then when it came out on Friday I didn't want to fight the crowds on opening day or over the weekend so I finally got to go see it yesterday with Connie. Loved it !! Meryl Streep has Julia down pat.. her voice, her posture and her sense of humor.. Loved learning more about Julia Child and her background.. everyone in the cast was great.. Want to get it to have in my own collection, so I can have a laugh on hand.. After the movie we went to one of our favorites spots to grab a bite to eat.. Cafe Pino, wonderful food and the owners are so friendly.. We split our favorite pizza. The one with artichoke hearts, nicoisse olives, ham and tomatoes.. It is the best pizza you will ever have.all organic and made with so much love. so flavorful from the first bite to the last. We had eaten popcorn in the movie so we could only eat a couple slices and brought home the rest for lunch today.. great way to get a super lunch too.I have my card class tomorrow and am looking forward to having the gals in my home and catching up on all the news..

I'm looking forward to seeing that movie. I read the book by Julia Child on which her part of the movie was based. It was really interesting. I highly recommend it.
