Family time

I want to start this by saying "what an amazing family I have". My children and grandchildren are truly the most caring and giving people I know. I love the phone calls I receive for no special reason and the request for advice from their mom / grams. I love the time we get to spend together as a family and share in those special moments. Today was a very special day for my grandaughter Morgan. We as a family got to share in her special day. As we spent time in the temple, I loved looking over at her and seeing the glow on her face as she prepares to marry the man of her dreams. When we finished at the temple we all then went out for lunch at Cafe Rio.. I had been hearing everyone talk about this restaurant and was glad I finally got to go myself. I had the Pork Barbacoa Salad.. wow it was wonderful.. My son Steve and his family had gone to Cafe Rio in St. George, Utah for years and raved about it..

I had ridden to Mesa with Steve and Karen, so they asked me if I would like to go to my granddaughter's soccer game on our way home and I thought it would be fun. Alli was excited to see us and show us how fast she is at running.. At this age they all just run in a large mob down the field and really don't play any certain positions.. but they have a great time and what good exercise. Alli is progressing so well and getting stronger each day, now that she is off the steroids. I love to see the change in her and her enthusiasm.
