In 2009 the word I chose to try to live each day was "Inspire", I have it on a plaque above my desk and I look at each day. When I look at it it brings me joy. The other day a good friend asked what I did with that word during the year.. I thought a moment and said, "that I tried to be inspired by the things around me, to look at the beauty of this earth and let it fill me with joy. to let others actions inspire me in what I did. That I was inspired by music, by color, by nature, & by my family & friends. I tried to inspire others by the things I was teaching them in my classes, by giving service to others, & by trying to be the best role model I could". I love this quote about the word "Inspire".

As I thought what word I wanted to use this year as my goal.
I looked at a beautiful tile that my daughter gave me for Christmas, this is one of my favorite quotes and have had it on my side bar of my blog for quite awhile.

& decided on the word "Life"

Life is for living!
As we embark on this new year,
it is my hope that we can all celebrate life
where you've been,
where you're going,
and the love of life
that inspires you to grow
your whole life through.
