Be Moved

Today is one of those days, when so many things have already moved me and touched my heart. As I read my daughters blog this morning I was moved to tears.. As I stepped into the voting booth this morning I was proud to be voting and moved that I have the freedom to vote in our great nation.. As I read my e-mails this morning my son Steve was asking me some questions about our ancestors and so I called him and he shared with me that he was working in a new program for making genealogy easier. I asked if I could come over and see it and when I did, I was so thrilled to see my great gandparents names pop up on the screen. I am so moved that he is excited about our familys ancestors and really loves doing the genealogy work. I visited the cemetary this morning and noticed that Kent's headstone was in much need of a good cleaning, so I ran home and gathered the cleaning supplies and then cleaned his headstone so that it shined and looked beautiful. As I stood there looking at it I was moved to tears by how much I miss him, and his influence in my families life. Upon arriving home my phone rang and it was Jason asking if their family could come over this evening for a family visit.. again I was moved by the great love I have for my family and all of their constant support to me.
So you see it has been a day tht I have been moved by so many things.. including this quote by Camus
Live to the point of tears
