Last night I had the pleasure of going to the Front Row Theatre's production of "The Sound of Music". This theatre is the brainchild of Disney legend Don Bluth. He lives in the valley and has put together several of these fantastic local productions over the years, & my grandaughter Maddy is in this one. They have been practicing for about 2 months and their hard work showed as the musical production was fantastic. They will be putting on these performances for 12 more shows or 6 more weekends.. the voices of the combined group gave me chills as they sang. This was Maddy's first endeavor in something like this and she is having a wonderful time and making so many new friends and loving the entire experience.
This is the picture that was on the front of our program at Church today and I had to share it with you since it is one of my favorites of the savior. I love the services this time of year as we focus on Jesus Christ and the sacrifices he made for each of us and the knowledge that through him we can all have eternal life. This evening my family gathered for dinner and the annual Easter Egg Hunt at my son Jason's home. We each brought something for the dinner. I made carrot salad, fruit salad and macaroni salad.. Such a fun evening with family.. I hope you all had a wonderful Easter..
